There are many reasons why someone may consider starting therapy. They may be coming to terms with a loss or bereavement, have experienced a traumatic event, they could be finding it difficult to cope with the stresses and demands of their lives or maybe feelings around past events are affecting how someone is living in the present. In fact, some people may not know the reason but feel that it would be beneficial to talk to someone in a supportive and confidential environment. ​

Whatever your reason is, for considering therapy, you are not alone. Recent research show 1 in 4 of us will experience some form of mental illness during our life time. 'Talking therapies', such as counselling and psychotherapy, are recognised as effective treatments for conditions such as depression.

What I Offer.
I work with adults of all ages, from 18 years upwards, and offer both indoor and outdoor sessions as well as online sessions. All sessions are 50 minutes long.

I offer a free 20 minute introductory video or phone call where you can discuss what you want to bring to therapy and decide whether I am the right therapist for you.
